Abatuye Kigali bongerewe icyumweru cya guma murugo, Menya ibyemezo bishya by’inama y’abaminisitiri

Inama y’Abaminisitiri yateranye ku wa Kabiri tariki ya 02 Gashyantare 2021 iyobowe na Perezida wa Repubulika Paul Kagame, yafatiwemo ibyemezo bikurikira:

Kuva tariki ya 8 kugeza ku wa 22 Gashyantare 2021, hazakurikizwa ingamba zikurikira:

  • Ingamba zihariye zizubahirizwa mu Mujyi wa Kigali

a. Ingendo zirabujijwe guhera saa Moya za nimugoroba (7:00Pm) kugeza saa Kumi za mu gitondo (4:00Am).

b. Abakozi ba Leta bazakomeza gukorera mu rugo, kereka abatanga serivisi z’ingenzi zibasaba kujya aho basanzwe bakorera.

c. Ibikorwa by’inzego z’abikorera byemerewe kongera gukora ariko buri rwego rurasabwa gukoresha abakozi b’ingenzi.

d. Abikorera barasabwa gukoresha abakozi batarenze 30% by’abakozi bose, abandi bagakorera mu rugo ariko bakagenda basimburana. Amasoko n’amaduka (markets and malls) azafungura ariko hajye hasimburana umubare utarenze 50% by’abacuruzi b’ingenzi bemerewe kuyakoreramo. Ibikorwa byose byemerewe gukomeza bizajya bifunga saa Kumi n’imwe za nimugoroba (5:00Pm).

e. Amashuri yose (yaba aya Leta n’ayigenga) harimo na za kaminuza azakomeza gufunga.

f. Ingendo hagati y’Umujyi wa Kigali n’Intara ndetse n’uturere dutandukanye tw’igihugu zirabujijwe, kereka ku mpamvu za serivisi z’ingenzi cyangwa iz’ubukerarugendo. Ba mukerarugendo bagomba kubanza kwipimisha COVID-19. Icyakora imodoka zitwaye ibicuruzwa zizakomeza gukora mu gihugu hose ariko ntizitware abantu barenze babiri.

g. Ingendo mu modoka rusange cyangwa mu binyabiziga by’abantu ku giti cyabo ziremewe mu Mujyi wa Kigali. n. Ikibuga Mpuzamahanga cya Kigali kizakomeza gukora. Abagenzi bose baza mu Rwanda bagomba kuba bafite icyemezo cy’uko bipimishije COVID-19 (PCR test) amasaha 72 mbere y’uko bahaguruka. Abagenzi bava mu Rwanda na bo bagomba kubanza kwipimisha COVID-19. Abagenzi bose binjira mu Rwanda bahita bishyira mu kato mu gihe cy’iminsi 7, icyo gihe cyarangira bakipimisha COVID-19 (PCR test).

0. Ibikorwa by’Ubukerarugendo bizakomeza hubahirizwa amabwiriza yo kwirinda COVID-19. Muri ibyo bikorwa harimo amahoteli, abashinzwe kuyobora ba mukerarugendo (tour operators) na serivisi zo gutwara ba mukerarugendo. Ba mukerarugendo n’ababafasha bagomba kumenyesha RDB gahunda y’ingendo zabo.

c. Amashuri azakomeza gukora hubahirizwa ingamba zo kwirinda COVID-19.

d. Insengero zizakomeza gufunga.

e. Amateraniro rusange n’ubusabane harimo imihango y’ubukwe, kwiyakira, inama (meetings and conferences) birabujijwe.

f. Gutwara abantu mu buryo bwa rusange harimo moto n’amagare bizakomeza.

g. Utubari twose tuzakomeza gufunga.

h. Imyitozo ngororamubiri ikorerwa mu nyubako z’imyidagaduro (gyms) no kogera muri pisine (swimming pool) birabujijwe. Icyakora abantu bacumbitse muri hoteli bemerewe gukora izo siporo aho bacumbitse ariko berekanye ko bipimishije COVID-19.
